Refund and Cancellation Policy:
A refund can only be considered if the subscriber is not satisfied with the tutorial videos and has not covered more than 25% of the course content.
New members will have 30 days cooling off period from the date of purchase. Refunds will consist of the amounts Render Heart Studios cashed, which means Render Heart Studios will be able to refund the 50% amount paid less the charges applied by the payment gateway company (e.g. Paystack). However Render Heart Studios will not deduct charges amounting to more than 5% of the full amount paid. In this case recurring billings will be automatically deleted.

3. Render Heart Studios does not store subscriber’s information (e.g. Card details) on the website, as such subscriber’s information is well protected.

The Company does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability.
